Arizcuren Bodega y Viñedos informs users of its website about its Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Data, in accordance with Law 15/1999 of December 13th, on Protection of Personal Data, and other applicable regulations, for the purpose that these users decide freely and voluntarily if they wish to provide the personal data requested on the site.
Arizcuren Bodega y Viñedos reserves the right to modify this policy according to its criteria, due to a legislative change, case law or for business practice. If any modification is introduced, the new text is to be published in this same place, where the user will have knowledge of the new policy. In any case, the relationship with the users shall be governed by the rules in force at the precise moment at which the web is accessed.

Voluntary – Compulsory

Arizcuren Bodega y Viñedos will not collect any information about any person (for example, name, address, company, telephone number or email address: “personal information”) through its website, unless it is voluntarily supplied by the user (for example, through consultation forms, registration for seminars / courses, etc.).

Form fields, marked as obligatory by way of an asterisk or similar, are considered absolutely necessary to provide the requested service. If all the necessary fields are not completed, the specific service offered to the user on the website (including the web page subscription service) shall not be provided.

Data Ownership. Right of cancellation, rectification and opposition.

In addition, and in compliance with the aforementioned law, you are informed that your personal data is to be included in a file, held by Arizcuren Bodega y Viñedos, for the processing and answering of registration and subscription requests for the various company services. Data Processing Security

Arizcuren Bodega y Viñedos has adopted the legally required security levels for personal data protection, and the technical and organizational measures set forth by Royal Decree 994/1999, the Regulation of security measures for automated files containing personal data. Arizcuren Bodega y Viñedos have installed all means and technical measures at their disposal to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or theft of any information provided on the website. However, the user is aware that no Internet security measures are impregnable.

Collection and quality of data.

The client agrees to give prior notice to the persons from whom they provide personal data, of the contents of this personal data protection policy, providing them with a printed copy of it, if necessary.

When personal data refer to a minor and are provided by these, Arizcuren Bodega and Vineyards shall assume that they have the consent of their legal guardians prior to the inclusion of the data in the forms provided. In compliance with the principle of personal data quality, expressed in article 4 of the OLPPD, the user undertakes to provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date information in a way that will respond truthfully to the their situation.

When the information provided by the customer is false, incomplete, out of date or inaccurate, they themselves shall be responsible for any direct or indirect damages, whether material or intangible, that these may cause to a third party, to Arizcuren Bodega y Viñedos, or to those companies with which it has a relationship involving such data. The latter reserve the right to cease services provided to the client, as well as any contractual relationship agreed upon, without prejudice to other actions stipulated by law.

Non-personal information stored automatically.

When accessing our website, information can be collected automatically (i.e. not through registration) that is not personally identifiable, (for example, the type of Internet browser and the operating system used, the domain name of the website of origin, the number of visits, average visit time on our web, pages visited). This information is used by the company to improve the content of the web page.

Data transfer

For the best performance of their services, Arizcuren Bodega y Viñedos is obliged to supply certain client data (name, address, telephone number, etc.) to other companies which collaborate with the provision of the service (carriers, financial entities, etc).
