Wine Workshop

Arizcuren wines are elaborated in a central, discrete Logroño street, recovering an activity for the city that was its own until a few decades ago.

In 2016 Javier showcases his cellar garage, an urban space converted into a place of winemaking and aging. The whole artisanal process is a series of multi-purpose stages. The grapes arrive in plastic boxes and from there, they are de-stemmed, vatted and fermented, devatted and pressed, aging in barrels and earthenware, racking, bottling, labeling, encapsulation and of course, dispatch and sale.

All of this in just 130 m2, in which the absence of technological advances is offset by enthusiasm and effort in the work developed. An open house project for all those who want to know how to make, care for and live Arizcuren wines.

We're open for tours and tastings from Wednesday to Sunday, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll give you options and availability.
